The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions at https://www.websiteservicesuk.co.uk . Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

The Services
We endeavour to give as much technical information as is reasonable about the products we sell. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. We always try to make sure that the information given on our site is as up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. Full detailed specifications are possibly available on other websites, and if you require more information on an item it is always advisable for you to contact us BEFORE purchase.

Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Seo services
Because of the nature of the products, you must inform us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel the order and a full refund will be given.

If we sort out a custom deal for your website and you only pay a deposit then the full amount will be due once you see a ranking increase for your keywords, otherwise, seo will not be completed and we will pursue actions to recover the amount owed. Before legal action, we will contact the website owners directly.

Delivery
We aim to complete orders within 30 days, but sometimes this can be longer depending on the position of keywords at the time of starting the SEO.

Websites

Domain name renewal is currently priced at £17.50 each following year for .co.uk domains and £18.99 for .coms and payment is within 7 days of being due. If after 30 days we don’t hear from you a £5 fee will be added and adverts will be placed on the website if we think it is worthwhile (To remove adverts the total renewal for domain name plus our £5 fee must be paid.) If the website is not in our best interest to keep live with adverts on it we will simply allow it to expire.

We do not offer website refunds after a period of 14 working days of the website being put on our servers, but we do offer an unlimited amount of changes within reason and full ongoing free support. Ongoing edits are also ongoing with us and most edits are done within 10 working days Tuesday – Friday some edits may take longer depending on clients needs

Website Services offers a 100% Refund on all its web design/app services, however, it is not an unconditional 100% refund and certain conditions still apply.

Website Services Refund Policy will be Void if;

• You have chosen a special or custom package.
• The primary design concept (for any service) has been approved.
• The Logo has been finalised.
• You have demanded revisions.
• The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the project.
• The company has not been contacted for more than 30 days.
• The company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
• Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.
• The creative brief is lacking in the required information.
• A complete design change has been demanded.
• The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span.
• The business is closing or changing name or business.
• Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
• Once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions (for any service),

If you wish to transfer domain names/websites away from us there may be a fee dependent on the domain and website. If we don’t receive website info within 12 months of you placing a website design order with us there may be an additional charge to get booked in again with ourselves. This is due to the changing nature of website design and hosting.
